Obviously this is a very unwearable outfit for Miami. Even when it's this cold it looks/feels a little silly. But hey, so does wearing a jacket with shorts. That is a thing people do here. In fact, we're known for it in Florida. I belong to the other camp-- the one that dresses in their North Carolina best as soon as the temperature drops below 60. I love it!
