This Saturday marked 5 years that my boyfriend and I have been dating. Yep, you read that right. We've been together since we were 17. We're just as happy and in love as we've ever been. Some people find it super adorable. Others find it creepy. One thing's for sure: we're a dying breed.

(from Mom's closet!)
We had big plans to celebrate and spend all day together, but life got in the way. One thing we did not sacrifice, however, was our annual pumpkin-carving tradition. And, of course, the gift giving. We got each other the same thing; great minds think alike!

I just bought these last weekend during a store-wide 40% off sale (including regular-priced items!), and they were regular price, so they must still be in stores. They're also still available online.
DeleteThey're not very skinny around the legs, if that's what you mean. They are a little tight in the thighs, but since the pants stretch quite a bit I prefer them this way. It's the kind of pant you have to wash in order to shrink back down. In other words, when you try them on they'll feel tight, but as you walk around town with them for the first time, they will loosen up a bit and fit just right. Then they might be a little too loose and you'll have to wash them to shrink them back. But I have that problem with many pants (it must be my body?) so it doesn't bother me.
