SHOP EXACT/SIMILAR:
I decided to dress comfortably but still all glammed out this Thanksgiving. I had the stretchy leggings to accommodate all the yummy food, and the dark makeup, blingy details, and fur vest to add some drama. Of course, I took the vest off to eat-- I did not trust myself to get through a Thanksgiving dinner without spilling something on it. I wore the same leggings and boots for Friendsgiving. Couldn't get outfit pictures that day but maybe I'll wear the outfit again soon. :)
And I wanna talk leggings for a second: If you wear them a lot, a good pair of leggings is a wise investment. Sure, the $6 Target ones are cheaper. But they'll only last a few wears looking like new. I've had these Michael Kors leggings for around 3 years and have worn them countless times, and they still look and feel like new. The best part is they were only $20 in a Macy's clearance rack. I'm glad I found them at that price, otherwise I wouldn't have gotten them back then because I didn't yet know that leggings are worth splurging on.
I can't believe Thanksgiving weekend is over. Where does the time go?? I had a lovely Thanksgiving dinner with my family and then on Black Friday (not on Thanksgiving--never on Thanksgiving) I went to TWO different malls with my mom. It wasn't fun. Too tiring, and mediocre sales. I did get three Target items I had been coveting, though, at 40% off, and I started my Christmas shopping earlier than last year. And hey, at least it wasn't as ridiculous as my first Black Friday. That was crazy.

Very cute look! Cozy yet chic! I had the typical Thanksgiving, hanging out with family and then eating way too much food! :)
